Board Committees
Board Committees
The Board is organized in both a ¡°committee
structure¡± (distinct committees and subcommittees representing
different areas of operations) and a ¡°committee of the whole¡± (all
members working as one committee for all areas). The ¡°committee of the
whole¡± structure began in March 2011. The individual committees make
their recommendations to the Board as a whole, where authority to vote
on applicable actions ultimately lies. Community members who would like
to address any of the Board Committees are encouraged to contact the
Chair(s) of that committee.
